Dan

Dan is the principal broker at Sheehan Real Estate. He grew up in Methuen, MA, attended Catholic Central High school in Lawrence, MA and studied Business at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA and the University of Southern Maine in Portland, ME. Dan is a second-generation NH broker, Dan is an active member in the community.  “I have always enjoyed talking about real estate and the longer I’ve been involved the more fascinated I am by this ever changing industry”. Dan’s 30 year background in Building, Remodeling and Inspections give his clients expert knowledge and added comfort that they are making the best informed decision, on possibly the biggest decisions they will ever make. His extensive Sales and Property Management experience both in the Residential and Commercial Rentals allow him to deliver first rate, accurate, and quality service.

Corey

Corey is a second generation realtor licensed in NH & MA, born and raised in the Seacoast. Corey’s passion and dedication, combined with his outgoing personality, work ethic, and area knowledge make him a top realtor in the Seacoast area. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients’ needs are met and they receive an exceptional experience. Corey enjoys sports, skiing, hiking, and above everything, being a dad.

Kathryn

Kathryn is a Real Estate Professional with a knack for numbers. She earned a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Data-driven and detail-oriented, she thrives on analysis and continuous learning. Discovering the world of real estate for several years, she is committed to helping clients make informed decisions.
